Who says training and exercise should be hard? Our dedicated Getaway Girls personal trainers do! But not too hard. After all, we need to leave some in the tank for a bit of R&R don't we? So bring your fitness gear because we're going to work up a sweat.


Each Getaway Girls package includes three fun filled fitness sessions that will challenge and inspire you. If you're a fitness junkie already, our trainers will make sure you get a fine workout. And if you're a fitness flunky, that's fine too. They'll get you moving and will help you remember muscles you forgot even existed. But it's all for a good cause. No matter what your shape, size or level of fitness, you'll go home feeling trimmer, tighter, tauter and, dare we say, sexier!


Our sessions are held on the foreshore of stunning Byron Bay by a team of qualified professional trainers. They are that good that even the dolphins drop by occasionally to watch them in action.


Session mixes include boxing, medicine ball routines, water workouts and fun partnered exercises.
